Kite pumps

No working pump, no session. We stock original pumps from the brands in our range, with adapters for standard valves.

What to look at in a pump

• Cylinder volume — bigger means fewer strokes but more force at the end of inflation.
• Quality hose and adapters — the most common failure is a cracked hose or lost adapter.
• Pressure gauge — helps inflate the kite to the recommended pressure, extending its life.
• A foot leash so the pump does not fly down the beach.

Tip

An over-inflated kite in hot sun is a common cause of burst bladders. Inflate to the recommended pressure and rest the kite with its back to the sun. Spare parts are also in the repair kit.
