How to choose
Which Lieuwe board to choose
- Awesome — your first board. Easy upwind and quick to plane; forgiving while you learn.
- Shotgun — the all-rounder: speed, control and high jumps, comfortable in every condition. Available plain, in special series and in Paradise graphics.
- Falcon — an ultra-light carbon board for big air, with remarkable comfort and control. Also in a Turbo version.
The graphic does not change how a board rides — within one model pick the look you like, and pick the size by your weight and wind. If you are unsure, ask us.
Frequently asked questions about Lieuwe boards
No. Within the same model the construction is identical — only the graphic changes. So choose the look you like, and choose model and size by your skill, weight and wind.

Size follows your weight, your usual wind and what you want to do — a bigger board planes earlier and is more forgiving, a smaller one is faster and more controlled in strong wind. Send us your weight and home spot and we will suggest a size.
